Public API and Backwards Incompatible Changes

Adds Cell.GetCharacters(flag) method
Returns all Characters objects.
Adds OleObject.AutoLoad property
Specifies whether the host application for the embedded object shall be called to load the object data automatically when the parent workbook is opened.
