Управление свойствами документа

Следующий пример кода загружаетсяобразец эксель файла и читает встроенные свойства документа, напримерНазвание, Тема а потом меняет их. Затем он также считывает пользовательское свойство документа, т.е.MyCustom1 а затем добавляет новое пользовательское свойство документа, т.е.MyCustom5 и пишетвыходной файл excel.
