Aspose.Cells提供[Cells.InsertRange](https://reference.aspose.com/cells/java/com.aspose.cells/cells#insertRange(com.aspose.cells.CellArea,%20int)方法插入一个范围。

插入范围并右移 Cells

如下代码用Aspose.Cells插入一个range和shift单元格：
