Public API and Backward Incompatible Changes
New AbstractPath class. Overloads of VectorLayer.Open, VectorLayer.Create, VectorLayer.Convert, Dataset.Open and Dataset.Create that accept AbstractPath. Overloads of Driver.OpenLayer, Driver.CreateLayer, Driver.OpenDataset, Driver.CreateDataset that accept AbstractPath.
